Update

A few minor things to update:

1) I have A NEW NIECE! Kirsten Ann was born at 8:11 today, and weighs 6lb 11oz. Poor Noah is going to have to learn to adjust to a little sister. Scott and Mark can address how big an adjustment that is ;)

2) Current leaders in the posting battle: Phyllis 6, Hannah 4, Mom 3...many others tied at 2.

3) Check out how insanely cool Trinity is...all you who ever questioned the Troll will surely enjoy this. http://sports.espn.go.com/travel/news/story?id=3224604

Congratulations Annette on being an aunt again! How awesome to have another "girl" in your family, but even better yet is that all is well and she is healthy. We are waiting for the arrival of our newest one any time now, I will keep you posted. I am sure that Noah will not be so sure of her at first, but in time will be the protective "BIG" Brother just like Scott & Mark were for you. I am sure you are waiting for those first photos to arrive in your inbox. I am as well. However, with all the snow we have been getting your dad is too busy to bring in pictures for me to see.
It didn't help that I was gone during a very busy week of snow. We saw many of the same type of corn stalk homes in Mexico that they have in Guatemala. We also enjoyed an authentic lunch prepared by a local family which reminded me of the ones we ate in the mountain villages in Guatemala. Wednesday night the missionary that we support from Guatemala will be speaking and I hope to get done with my meeting to hear some of that as well. Take care more to follow ~ Phyllis

Annette:
Everybody has to love that cute troll!! I don't understand why more schools haven't taken on such an awesome mascott.
Kirsten is just a little doll. It is hard to believe what a miracle happens with the birth of a new baby. They are so helpless and then change so fast. I'm sure Scott will keep you posted with lots of pictures. Noah is fine, but I'm not sure what he will think of that new sister when she comes home. I am writing this before Noah wakes up and my day will be filled with lots of fun! Love Mom

Hi Again,

I had lunch today with your mom, dad & Noah and I also saw pictures of Kierstin ~ She is adorable and so small. Noah was adorable and shared pictures of the family with me. No additions to our family yet but I will let you know when it happens. Phyllis

Congratulations on your cute niece! your post on teaching local people to english reminds me of my funny moments when I pronounced a word incorrectly. Yeah, learning a new language properly is tough!

Hey you, just wanted to thank you for your blog. Sounds weird I know, but your pictures are amazing and your stories are inspiring. And your language barrier stories are hilarious! I hope you are having as good a time as it looks like you're having! Congratualtions again on the new niece and I hope to talk to you soon. Love, Kendra
